Recently, on public platforms we have encountered user opinions in which the company Artcompany is being attributed with the construction of buildings in the Firdusi district and in the Davtashen administrative district, projects with which we have no connection and have never had any involvement. We would like to clarify the situation. In the Firdusi district of the Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, development is being carried out by several companies, only the following of which are managed by Artcompany and Logicon Development: Manazkert Construction LLC, the developer of buildings in Firdusi lots 10 and 11; construction is actively ongoing(construction permit No. 01/50-02-636-24 dated 18.04.2024) Baberd Construction LLC, the developer of sub-building 14A in the Firdusi district; construction is actively ongoing(construction permit No. 01/18-D-56485-1530 dated 29.08.2022) Igdir Construction LLC, which will be the developer of sub-buildings 14B and 14C in the Firdusi district; construction is expected to begin in September 2025(architectural and planning assignment No. NT-0943-25 dated 27.02.2025) Sasun Construction LLC, the developer of Firdusi lot 12; construction is planned to begin in September 2025(construction permit No. 01/50-02-635-24 dated 18.04.2024) Zeytun Construction LLC, the developer of Firdusi lot 13; construction is planned to begin in May–June 2026(construction permit No. 01/50-02-753-24 dated 10.05.2024) Akn Construction LLC, the developer of the building in Firdusi lot 9; construction is actively ongoing(construction permits No. 01/18-K-288-404 dated 18.03.2022 and No. SHT/6/9948-25 dated 09.07.2025) We officially state that: apart from the above-mentioned lots in the Firdusi district, we have no affiliation whatsoever with developers of other lots, we also have no affiliation whatsoever with failed urban development projects in the Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan.
